Cancellation policies are strictly held and reservations are guaranteed with a Credit Card Deposit or Payment in Full. All Mt. Hood Outfitter’s activities are conducted regardless of weather conditions, except in extreme circumstances. If Mt Hood Outfitters has to cancel the Sleigh/Carriage Ride for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We do not honor cancellations due to lack of snow as the Carriage Ride honors reservations in all weather, sickness, or traffic issues. All reservations are final, and no refunds will be offered for any reason other than if Mt Hood Outfitters cancels this reservation. Mt Hood Outfitters will accept date or time changes, but will not refund money for decrease in the number of people on the reservation, ‘undesired weather,’ or any other non Mt Hood Outfitters reason.
