Crosstown Trail
Explore & learn about our beautiful volcano with a hike on the base of Mt. Hood! The Crosstown Trail is a 5.2 miles right out the back door from our shop in Government Camp. This is a wonderful hike year round and offers a different kind of beauty to discover. We require a minimum of 2 people per tour. Old Salmon River Trail
This trail is very kid-friendly. Only 1.9 miles long, it parallels the wild and scenic Salmon River. Although this trail is near the road, the closeness and constant sound of the river, as well as the old growth features of the forest, make this one of the most outstanding hikes on the Zigzag District. Mirror Lake
